Recent Team Changes and a New Semester

It’s the start of another great semester of research. We all took a relaxing winter break, and some of us even worked on our code base. Our chromium team has shrunk from last semester, but we’re all still excited and optimistic about what this semester brings. The entire Chromium research team now consists of Richard, Alvaro, Brian, me, and for now, Felivel. The members funded by CREU are now only Alvaro and myself.

Over Winter Break

We continued our research on bugs and NLP over the break. Felivel spent much of the break writing and running analysis on our bug data. We also spent time working on first-ownership scripts and refactoring parts of our code base. Over break I worked on gathering interactive churn data and also refactored our Git log loader. First-ownership should be finished soon too. Richard is currently in the process of making sure all the verify statements are written and pass for the system.
