XML Header question

In the examples that you sent us you have the following in
the header of the xml documents.

<?xml version="1.0" standalone="no"?>
<!DOCTYPE properties SYSTEM
"properties.1.1.dtd">

Do you want this included? If so, is this exactly what you
want JVMS to put at the top? Should this be optionally
included? Should we allow the designer to setup the DTD
lines so they could choose what gets included. For example
they could enter "properties.1.1.dtd" or
"file://root/properties.1.1.dtd". All of these options are
easy to implement, so it is basically what do you want to
see happen.
