Electronic Medical Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment (eMOLST)

This project will deliver software in support of Medical Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment (MOLST) to enable a web-based workflow as part of hospitals and elderly care facilities as charged by the New York State Department of Health. The purpose of a web-based system is to make the form accessible to the patient wherever they are, without need for extra physical transportation of documents. Our scope is part of a larger system that is designed to improve the New York State DOH’s current implementation.
