The Cloud Computers decided to use the agile scrum methodology for completing the project. The team felt like scrum was most appropriate because of how requirements from the customer are described through user stories. These user stories also don't vary much between the open source architectures the team will be researching, so they have a potential for reuse. Using scrum also provides a lot of visibility and flexibility for the team and sponsor. The team felt like this beneficial to the variability in requirements and deliverables for the project.
