Meeting Minutes (Dec 14)
	New synopsis
		* No problems.  Everyone appears happy with it
	Role Overview
		* Windows Embedded Tech lead may not be a needed role
	Schedule Overview
		* We need running releases at every milestone in code
			development
		* Baseline should be delivered some time in the Architectural
			release
	Feature List
		* A lot of working on the feature list.  See doc for most
			changes
		* We don't have to localize it ourselves, just have the ability
			designed in
		* Some parts need more detail to be proper requirements
			- How many choices for the background?
			- Will the background go to the edges of the image?
			- How many seconds make a "long operation"?
			- What is the limit on the number of images?
			- What's the limit on big/small?
			- ...And many more
		* Major goals that Kodak wants of the project
			- Freehand cutout
			- Feathering
		* When will page refreshes be done?  Will the input be throttled
			and have refreshes during scaling, or should it only
		 	refresh when the full operation is done out?
		* A lot of these requirements may be customizable for live
			testing purposes
	Risk List
		* Removed a few risks, no real problems here
	GDI+ and Lasso Overview
		* Keep the lasso as a drag interface, but have a lot of testing
			go into it
		* Kodak Style guide may not exist.  Details at 11.
	Storyboard
		* How does the admin thing get activated?
		* Suggestions for work order
			- Inside out, cut pictures first
			- Outside in, choose background first
			- Maybe it can be user-selectable?
	Snap-to questions
		* Go for upper left corner of image snapping upwards and to the
			left
		* No saving back to the memory card
		* When you grab an image show the grid, hide the grid when
			movement is done
		* Watch out for MS Project... Try to use duration-based and not
			work-based
			estimations
