RocReadaR : Functional Testing

Functional Testing is performed against the use cases. 

Here are the steps to make and run a test:

1. Copy the Functional Test Template into a new or existing page
   1. Pages are grouped by categories (e.g User Account Testing)
   2. Copy a new template for each test in that category
2. Write the test inputs, expected outputs, and steps.
3. Before running the test, review the test and mark who reviewed it and when
   1. Use the "@" symbol for your username in Confluence syntax. (@iis2696 turns into: IAN SALITRYNSKI (RIT Student))
4. When running the test, mark that you performed it and when
5. Log the test result
