Navigate to the "core" folder in rocreadar_server and run the command "lb-ng server/server.js lb-services.js".
This will create a new lb-services.js file in the core folder. Then, copy this file to "app/scripts" in rocreadar_portal.
Note: you may need to install strongloop ("npm install -g strongloop").
