Individually you are to look on the web for an example of a "product" recall from a domain that closely resembles that of your team project.

1. Provide a one paragraph summary of the situation and describe the connection to your project domain and URL(s) to your references
2. You may have found obvious matches depending on your product space but if your project is a service then the connection or relevance might be harder to establish. That said, you are now to investigate the entity that regulates the said recall (or your domain). Find evidence of how recalls are performed and as best you can delineate the steps/process followed.
