During his 30+ years in the industry, Mr. Rabb has held many leadership positions delivering significant business results with innovative technology. During his career, he has led Software-centric Organizations in Research & Innovation, Product Delivery and Product Strategy.
As both a Business Executive and Technology leader, he built a broad variety of software applications, serving millions of users while leading multi-national teams across 4 continents and many states in the US
Having first hand participated in the growth of the Technology Industry, Mr. Rabb is a strong believer in software and technology as tools to provide better client value and business growth as well as societal benefit. As an Industry consultant, he helps companies get real world benefits from technology.
Kal also has received over 20 patents.
He holds an MS from RIT including a Micro-Masters certificate in Cyber-Security, and a BS degree from the University of Rochester.
He has served on the Industry Advisory Board at the Rochester Institute of Technology and is currently a Faculty member in the Software Engineering Department at RIT, helping train the next generation of Software Innovators.
