You can get some additional information about the chair from this short product brochure. If you need information about the design of the chair, you will need to make assumptions about the components on the chair, what sensors are used, how the motor is driven, etc. Identify potential hazards, and faults that might lead to that hazard. Of particular interest are faults and hazards that software in the controller must identify, prevent, mitigate, or some combination of those three.
