Team Formation Survey (individual)

Fill out the following survey (RIT login required) so your skills and team preferences would be taken into account during team formation. Make sure to select your class section correctly, otherwise your response may not be taken into consideration.
Take a screenshot of the confirmation page after submitting the survey and submit it to the assignment submission page on myCourses.
P.S. If you want to be on a team with somebody specific, please put their first and last names, not just "people I'm sitting next to". Also, to increase your chances of working with that person, be sure they report your name as their choice.
