As a team,
- go to the planning section in Sprint 2 and follow the instructions
- during or after the planning poker session, write down the key points of the discussion that took place during the session - for each user story that has been estimated differently by different team members, what were the root reasons of those differences? What in the consequent discussion on the differences led to reaching a consensus on the final estimation? Were some stories sent back to the backlog for further refinement and why?
- when the planning session is complete, take a screenshot of the sprint backlog
