Presentation guidelines

• Include the System Concept!
• A main goal is to solicit input on the most interesting or challenging parts of your project.
• Everyone must present. Present by Zoom if you are contagious!
• Use notecards if it helps you do a better job of presenting.
• Plan your transitions from each presenter to the next presenter.
• I recommend that you add the presenter's name to the corresponding slides.
• Your slides need to be readable. Add a zoom-in slide to show details.
• Use lists with short entries -- no multi-sentence paragraphs.
• Plan for about 10 minutes (8 minimum and 12 maximum).
• Present using a laptop that is connected to our class Zoom session.

Grading rubric

100 points total

• 10 smooth transitions
• 10 readability
• 50 meaningful content
• 20 high quality powerpoint (clean, clear, neat, succinct)
• 10 length of presentation (8 to 12 minutes)
