1. Requirements volatility: which is the percentage of change in the requirements
2. Estimation accuracy: calculated as ABSOLUTE_VALUE((actual accuracy- estimated accuracy))/estimated accuracy. Lower numbers indicates less error in estimation
3. Time Tracking: Weekly hours completed on each task by each team member
4. Velocity: which is measured by story point completion
