To complete our usability test and explore the system, please use the following steps:

1. Open this link to the system (opens in a new window). When prompted to log in, enter your DCE username and password. If you have trouble logging in, ensure your DCE username was listed in the email you received. If it is not, please reply to that email and inform us.
2. Feel free to browse around the system.
3. Attempt to perform the following tasks:
   1. View the submitted evaluation forms for one or more of the students listed in your email for a co-op completed in the quarter, 20033. Please note: the forms you are viewing for your students contain test data and have not been submitted by their employer.
   2. Create a report with the following criteria:
      
      Quarter: 20033
      By Department: Select your department in the list
      
      
   3. After creating the report, view an analysis of the data.
