  • Team Visual Scrumware had it's first face-to-face meeting with the client. It was a solid 2 hours of fruitful discussion!

  • The client dropped requirements for the product to interact with databases and the XML interpreter. The primary focus of the project is to develop a product that produces schema conformant XML files from graphical test case representations, and vice versa. The client felt that requirements involving interactions with the interpreter and the database were too ambitious at the present time.

  • Tasks for next meeting:
-Mark and Joe will do more throwaway prototyping. These prototypes will help the team gather requirements for the visual aspects of the product. It is expected that these prototypes will be ready later next week.
-Rob will work on the requirements document.
-Brian will be out of town for the weekend and needs to miss next Tuesday's client meeting.
