  • The 'Completed Application' date will not leave room for final acceptance testing. Visual Scrumware needs to modify it's schedule to account for acceptance testing. The schedule also needs to be refined and organized more like a sprint schedule, as well as include key dates when deliverables are handed over to the client.

  • The client stated that the project is mostly an exercise in usability. Usability features that the application should have include (but are not limited to) the following:
    -Changing font settings
-Zooming in on a particular portion of the drawing
    -Tool tips on every icon

  • A high-contrast environment is not a usability concern that Visual Scrumware needs to worry about for the project.

  • The top-down visualization approach the team has been considering met with approval from the client. Sequencing always happens one after another, and there is no branching. A top-down approach is simple and is easy to understand at a glance.
