Meeting Summary

• Went over time log summaries and discussed things that we might hove done differently. We all agreed that the team member roles could have been more well defined.
• For the project summary Judy recomended that we put the total hours worked, the defect density, what lessons we learned, and any key changes to the project plan.
• For the final presentation, Judy recomended that we bo the following: have plenty of graphics, no judgemental statements, stand when being recognised, and dress nicely, explain how our project fits into the E911 system.
• We will be posting all our documents on the SE website.
