We chose to use the evolutionary delivery methodology for this project as it best suits our needs of having iterative implementation. Since requirements were defined up front we did not need to use a more agile methodology such as scrum. Requirements and system architecture were completed upfront alloying us to focus more on development and delivery. Being an iterative methodology allowed us to adapt our design as needed for each two week iteration. Delivering at the end of each iteration allowed us to be more flexable early on as we recieved feedback from the sponsor as we went.
